What is a customised wall paper?

We have created customised wall papers, so that there is no wastage of unwanted roll size.All you have to do is measure your wall in sq feet, and add that total sq feet in the cart. For eg; your wall is 10*5 feet, which is 50 sq feet total, add 50 units in the cart. we would recommend adding 15-20 % more than you require for safer side. As if its less, then another batch may have minor color difference due to different print batch.

No problem, we want you to place your order only when you are 100% sure, since its a custom made order. We would highly recommend ordering a swatch whether its for curtains or fabric by yard or wall paper. This will give you a complete understanding of our quality, the exact colors, and the print scale.

Currently we only have online presence for individual products purchase, to check fabrics and quality you can order swatches and our team will assist you with perfect size guidance virtually.
However for bulk orders, or for styling service mood board approvals, you can visit our mumbai studio.
You can sign up for email or whats app updates, we will notify you and send personal invitation for our pop ups through out the year.

Yes sure you let us know through whatsapp chat or mail us your timelines. we will definately try our best to accomodate your request, but it depends on lot of factors such as what product, season time, and our load. But we will certainly try our level best

We have a lot of curated products which are either one of a kinds or rare editions, which get sold fast, it may or may not be possible to get the same product.You can send us the screenshot of the product you liked on whats app, we will notify you if we have it back, the same or a similar product.

For styling we are not charging, but for on boarding your styling journey and consultation, we are charging 4999/- room. This initial charges are later on redeemed with your final purchases*. So basically No additional cost for styling or designing.

Everything right from curtains, sheer curtains, upholstrey textiles, beddings,cushions, rugs, poufs, statement furniture with global textiles, wallpaper and wall art, we can curate all of this in a customised theme just for your cohesive cosy home.

Budget completely depends on the customer.
Usually budget varies on various factors like, what all you need in your home ,how big is your home, how much you want to decorate, what quality you are choosing, size of your curtains, wall paper, rugs, quantity of curtain panels, cushions, etc.
However, during free discovery call we can give you a fair idea of rates of various products, and ideally what all would be suitable for you, keeping in mind your requirements,thus giving you a fair understanding of your budget.
Once you have your mood board and final list of products, its upto you to choose or remove any products suggested by us. Absolutely no obligation to go ahead with all of it.

So as far as textiles are concerned, its all Folk Fetish products, be it curtains, sheers, cushions, wallpapers, we even have global textiles and rugs which are mostly one of kinds, which you can flaunt as statement piecies in your home.
But when it comes to other elements apart from textiles, such as vintage furniture pieces, unique lighting, wall arts or artist prints for your theme, we do collaborate and curate stuffs outside of our website from talented artisans and artists globally . But we have handpicked them to match the vibe completely, taking care of the minutest details!

We completely believe in sustainability and serving our customers measurement needs, therefore most of our products are customised and made to order. so its difficult to accept returns unless you recieve a wrong or damaged product.We want to make sure you love what you buy! Thats the reason we highly recommend ordering a swatch to get an understanding of quality, color, scale etc...This step may take a few days extra, but it leaves you rest assured of your purchase.

Sure you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase.

Be rest assured, We have a 3 check point qc process. we take utmost care in packing each and every order with lots of love. However if you recieve a damaged or wrong product, firstly apologies for the same, please do send us the unboxing video and mail our customer service immediately within 48 hours of recieving the orders.Return us the product within 8 days of delivery.Return shipping will have to be borne by the customer. once we recieve the product, our team will inspect it and immediately process new order of the same style you ordered.You will recieve regular updates till the product is delivered again.

We have free shipping across India for shopping above 2999/-
However in styling service, if we have curated any bulky product such as vintage furniture or wall art etc, there will be extra shipping on it on actuals.
For international shipping charges, please do whats app or email us your orders and we will calculate shipping for you depending on your location and weight of the order, for you to check out smoothly.

As mentioned earlier there we wont be able to accept exchange on any customised or made to order items. however few curated products can be excanged, provided its not a SALE ITEM.
